ALTA, Iowa – With a firm midweek foundation in place, new promoter Trent Chinn plans to keep building on to the IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing program at Buena Vista Raceway. Unfortunately with the weather and rain we have received here at BVR we are forced to cancel tonight's races presented by Ross Parcel Landscapes. We want to provide the best racing surface for the drivers and cars and the best racing for the fans as well, but this weather just isn't cooperating. With rain 4 out of the last 5 days and close to 3/4 of a inch yesterday and last night alone, we are forced to cancel this years test and tune scheduled for tonight due to wet conditions.
